Replacing a driver’s license in Azerbaijan

Please note that you may be denied a driving license if:

1) upon expiration of your driving license – until the driver’s license is replaced;

2) gross violation by a person of the rules of the road in the cases established by this Law – before the expiration of a period not exceeding five years, in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

3) If a person has diseases or physical disabilities provided for in paragraph three of this article – until the healing or elimination of the physical disability.
