Mitsubishi

The Japanese conglomerate Mitsubishi Group, is one of the largest global companies, which includes many different industrial assets. The company also owns such an automotive giant as Mitsubishi Motors. Although the first car was released from the assembly line in 1917, the company’s founding date is considered to be 1870.

The emblem of the company is a combination of three rhombuses one above the other connected in the center into one single “three-leafed leaf”. The history of origin, which goes back to the ancient family coats of arms and traditions of the samurai clans who were the creators of this brand.

If we read the history of Mitsubishi, the company has always created and entered into various alliances. Today, Mitsubishi Motors is part of the Renault – Nissan – Mitsubishi alliance. No matter how strange it is to hear, but the largest stake in the company, namely 34% belongs to another Japanese automaker Nissan.

Mitsubishi Motors – famous for their Mitsubishi L200 pickups, but this does not make other models less popular.
