One evening we came back to the hotel very late and the parking was full. The company’s manager, whom I had written to about something else, suggested a nearby paid parking option — a small thing, but it showed real attention.

The car was collected from the same hotel on the day of departure. Everything was checked politely and quickly, with no attempts to find imaginary damage.
