Patent No. 03687 has been active since 2008 and was renewed in January 2026 for another ten years. The company emphasises that legal protection extends beyond the exact spelling to marks that are confusingly similar — names differing by one or two letters, an altered layout, or an added character.
Infringements also include use of the name in domain names, social media accounts, and advertising campaigns, copying the company’s symbols and website design, and presenting oneself as a company employee in conversations with clients.
The company notes that its position on this matter isn’t open to negotiation: every case identified is passed to the legal department, which follows a standard procedure — documenting the infringement, issuing a pre-court demand, filing suit. In one previously handled case, the proceedings were won with one hundred thousand manat awarded to the company.
The statement separately clarifies that mentioning the name in an informational or news context — in a review or commentary, for instance — is not an infringement. What is at issue is commercial use of the name to attract clients or create the impression of an affiliation with the company.
Clients who encounter questionable use of the name are invited to report it to the company’s official chat: every report is checked, and where an infringement is confirmed, the materials are passed to the lawyers.
