Karavan Rent A Car in Baku Launches Wheelchair Rental Alongside Car Hire

Wheelchair Hire for Tourists in Baku – Karavan Rent A Car in Baku

Karavan Rent A Car in Baku has expanded its range of extras: customers can now order a compact folding wheelchair with their rental car. The new option is designed for guests with limited mobility and for families travelling with elderly relatives or with someone recovering from an injury.

How the new extra works:

the wheelchair is added to a rental of any car class and is not available without a car;
it must be ordered in advance, when you book, as the number of wheelchairs is limited;
a delivery service manager brings it at the same time as the car — to Heydar Aliyev Airport, to your hotel or to your address;
it is a paid option, and the price is confirmed at booking.

The company blog has published a detailed article about the new service. It walks through ordering step by step, gives tips on choosing a car for a passenger who finds low seats difficult, and collects useful information for getting around Baku: free airport assistance for passengers with reduced mobility, the rules for flying with your own wheelchair, metro escort, reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities and access at museums and in the Old City.
