What you finally pay for a Toyota comes down to the model, the season, how many cars are free in the fleet and the rental period: the daily rate drops as the period grows. Online booking will work out the total for your dates, or the manager can do it for you on WhatsApp. If you need the car for a quarter, half a year, a year or more, separate long-term rental terms apply.
The Corolla and Levin belong to the mid-size Surprise-Car tariff with discounts from 15 to 50%, while the Yaris Cross and Corolla Cross belong to the crossover Surprise-Car tariff with up to 50% off. The discount comes with firm conditions: you pay the whole sum upfront, it isn’t refundable, and the system chooses the model itself on handover day.
Delivery is paid for separately: its cost depends on the address and the time, and the manager quotes it before you prepay.
Where to collect your Toyota and what you need
The Toyota comes to you rather than the other way round: day or night, it can be driven to your hotel, to any address or to meet your flight at Heydar Aliyev Airport. The keys come from a delivery service manager, who brings a contract already filled in under your name, so you just check the car with them and sign the papers.
